摘要
为积累指导正洞的施工经验,结合木寨岭隧道斜井炭质板岩段控制高地应力大变形的方法,通过在斜井进行模拟正洞试验段信息化施工,从施工、支护、初期支护结构内力、变形发展进行分析探讨,得出采用分层分次支护、提高拱架强度、加强锚杆施作以及完善的施工工艺等措施能有效控制变形。
Information-aided construction is executed in the trial section of No.7 inclined shaft of Muzhailing tunnel,which is located in carbonaceous slate strata with high ground stress,to simulate the construction of the main tunnel so as to accumulate experience for the main tunnel construction.Analysis is made in terms of construction,support,internal force of the primary support structure and deformation development.Conclusion is drawn that the deformation can be effectively controlled if countermeasures,such as supporting step by step and layer by layer,improving the strength of the steel ribs,strengthening the rockbolting and perfect construction techniques,are taken.
