摘要
以羊茅黑麦草TF型(羊茅型)品种Hykor、羊茅黑麦草意大利黑麦草型品种Perny、一年生黑麦草(2倍体)品种Surrey、一年生黑麦草(4倍体)品种Angus、高羊茅牧草型品种Fawn为试验材料,采用单因素设计,通过盆栽自然干旱胁迫,研究各牧草的叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、电导率和土壤含水量的动态变化。结果表明,5种植物种子的抗性强弱依次为:Hykor、Perny、Fawn、Angus、Surrey。
Physiological characters of drought resistance of Festuca ovina×Lolium multiflorum)(festucoid type) Hykor,Festuca ovina×Lolium multiflorum(Italian ryegrass type)Perny,Festuca arundinacea fawn,L multiflorum Surrey and L multiflorum Angus were determinated at Seedling stage under irrigation and drought stress condition in pot experiment.And a comprehensive evaluation on physiological indexes of five plants was provided.The results showed that the drought-resistant ability of five species were,from strong to weak,as follow: festuloium(festucoid type)Hykor,festuloium(Italian ryegrass type)Perny,tall fescue fawn,annual ryegrass Angus and annual ryegrass Surrey.
