摘要 目的探讨慢性肾脏病非透析患者血清中微炎症及氧化应激相关指标的变化及对肾功能的影响。方法肾功能不同阶段的慢性肾脏病非透析患者84例,分别于入选初,6、12月后测定肾功能、高敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6、丙二醛、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,根据其血肌酐增长程度分为4组,并比较其微炎症及氧化应激指标的变化。结果慢性肾功能不全患者均存在一定程度的微炎症,随肾功能损害加重其炎症及氧化应激状态增强,并且肾功能进展越快者炎症及氧化应激状态越明显。结论慢性肾功能不全非透析患者氧化应激、微炎症反应相互促进,均参与并促进肾功能的恶化。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum micro-inflammation and oxidative stress related-factors in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease and its effects on rehal function of these patients. Methods 84 chronic kidney disease non-dialysis patients at different stages of renal insufficiency were chosen. The serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, maleic dialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase and renal function were measured in these patients at the beginning, 6 months later and 12 months later respectively. These patients were divided into 4 groups according to the increase of seruin creatinine. And the varieties of serum micro-inflammation and oxidative stress related-factors were compared. Results The patients with chronic renal insufficiency had different degrees of micro-inflammation status. The degrees of micro-inflammation and oxidative stress status increased with the progression of renal insufficiency. The faster the declination of renal function progressed, the higher levels of microinflammation and oxidative stress status would be. Conclusion The interactive accelerations between micro-inflammation and oxidative stress in non-dialysis patients with chronic renal insufficiency result in accelerating declination of renal function.
