摘要
目的对人工栽培川贝母幼苗形态进行研究,建立幼苗质量分级标准。方法测定1-3年生川贝母植株形态指标,将株高、叶长、叶宽、鳞茎高、鳞茎直径、根数与鳞茎单粒重进行相关性分析,筛选出极显著相关因子,采用快速样本聚类法(K-means cluster)进行分级。结果与结论1年生川贝母鳞茎单粒重与株高等相关性不显著;2-3年生川贝母鳞茎单粒重与株高等存在极显著相关,并建立了1-3年生川贝母幼苗分级标准。
Objective To establish the quality grading standards of purposive cultivation of Fritillaria cirrhosa seedling.Method Based on the morphology indicators of 1-3 years old Fritillaria cirrhosa seedlings,the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,bulb high,bulb diameter,and root number were studied associated with single grain weight of bulb.Therefore,the most significantly associated factor with single grain weight was screened out,after that the grading standard with Fast Sample Clustering Method(K-means cluster)was established.Results and Conclusion The single grain weight of 2-3 years old Fritillaria cirrhosa seedlings is significant correlated with plant height,leaf length,leaf width,bulb high,bulb diameter,and root number,while first year old seedlings is not correlated.Finally,the grading standard of first,second and third-year old Fritillaria cirrhosa seedling were established,respectively.
