摘要
目的 :研究脑震荡患者的诱发电位变化。方法 :对 30例急性期脑震荡患者进行视觉诱发电位 (VEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)及体感诱发电位 (SEP)检测 ,并与年龄、身高匹配的健康者对比。结果 :VEP、BAEP及SEP异常率分别为 30 %、 6 6 7%、 5 4 5 %。结论 :脑震荡患者存在脑干、大脑半球功能受损及视通路机能障碍 ,脑诱发电位对脑震荡的诊断有一定价值。
Aim:The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of evoked potentials(EPs)in patients with concussion.Methods:Thirty patients with concussion were studied simultaneously with pattern visual evoked potential(VEP),brainstem autidory evoked potential(BAEP)and somatosensory evoked potential(SEP).The data obtained by any modality of the EPs in the patients were analyzed in comparison to those achieved in healthy persons matched in age and height.Results:The abnormal ratios of VEP、BAEP and SEP for concussion were 30%,66 7%,54 5%.Conclusions:Concussion might have resulted in damage and brain function impairment and disorder of visual pathway.Evoked potentials may be of use in the diagnosis of concussion. Key Words Concussion Evoked potentialss expression were 62 5%and 53 1%respectively in esophagus cancer and 28 1%and 25%respectively in the surrounded normal tissue The expression rates in cancer tissues were much higher than that in the surrounded normal tissue (P< 0 01,P< 0 025),and the levels of mdr 1 and mrp gene expression were also higher in cancer tissue than that in surrounded normal tissue (0 66∶0 27 and 0 46∶0 23, P< 0 001 and P< 0 001) The levels of mdr l and mrp expression in well differentiated cancer were lower than that in poorly differentiated cancer (P< 0 05) In cancer with deep muscle and fibro membrane infiltration,the levels of mdr l and mrp expression were also higher in comparison with invasion to shallow muscle Conclusion:Esophagus carcinomas express primary multidrug resistance genes High expression levels of mdr l and mrp might indicate undifferentiated tumor and reflect deeply infiltrating of the tumor
