当企业员工、消费者(客户)正在大规模地年轻化,对于来自新生代的全方位挑战,中国企业当何去何从?历时四个月,《中国企业家》遍访40位1976-1985年出生的商界新生代,求解萦绕中国社会的新生代领导力之惑。
They are not just new employees,or new consumers,but also potential future leaders. Who are they? We refer to them as the'next generation',those employees that were born after 1985 and are just coming into their own.Their business strength and influence is currently rising within China,and their impact is being felt throughout the many different levels of society. In looking to how lead this'next generation',we turned to the previous generation for insight;over a period of four months,China Entrepreneur interviewed 40 business leaders born between the years 1976-1985.For it is this'transitional generation'that was born during this time period,that is able to carry the lessons of the past forward to the future,and help guide those born after 1985.
