断层图像重建理论教学中的仿真实验方法

摘要 断层成像的图像重建理论是X-CT、磁共振MRI和ECT等成像系统中图像生成的基础。本文给出一组仿真实验方法,通过Matlab语言编程,可以深刻理解中心切片定理等图像重建基本理论,并对不同重建算法,如直接反投影和滤波反投影等给出算法性能的比较与评价思路。本仿真方法在各种图像重建新算法的研究中都有重要应用。 The tomography reconstruction theory is the foundation of the image production in X-CT,MRI and ECT.A set of simulation experiment methods is given in this paper based on the Matlab programming language.This method makes it easier to get a profound understanding of the basic theory such as central slice theorem in tomography reconstruction and to gain access to comparison and evaluation of performance of the different reconstruction algorithms such as the direct back projection and the filter back projection.This simulation experiment method has great applications in all kinds of the image reconstruction algorithms.
