摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT 在鼻科的临床应用价值。方法 对25 例( 男18 ,女7)鼻部疾病患者行螺旋CT 扫描后经软件处理,进行多平面成像和仿真内镜成像,并与鼻内镜、手术所见对照分析。结果 螺旋CT 多平面重建图像从不同角度、各种切面、多方位地显示了鼻、鼻咽部及副鼻窦的解剖、病变部位、范围及气道的情况。CT 仿真内镜显示鼻内正常解剖结构、鼻部病变的位置、范围与鼻内镜所见类似,并可进入鼻内镜无法到达的腔道,如鼻窦内、狭窄的鼻道内以及梗阻病变的远端。结论 螺旋CT多平面成像和仿真内镜成像是对轴位CT 的重要补充,具有一定的应用潜力,值得临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of helical CT in the nasal cavity,nasopharynx and paranasal sinus.Methods The multiplanar images and the virtual endoscopy images were compared with that of actual rhinscopy in 25 patients.All the lesions were pathologically proved.Results The normal anatomical structure,the location and extension of the lesion and airway were displayed clearly by the multiplanar images from multiple views and they showed in virtual endoscopy agreed with those of actual rhinoscopy.In addition,CT virtual endoscopy allows structural visualization of the paranasal sinuses and distal portion of obstruction with unconventional angles and locations not accessible with rhinoscopy.Conclusion Multiplanar resonstruction and virtual endoscopy are good complemental methods of axial CT. [
