摘要
介绍露天煤矿移置式带式输送机的特点,提出该输送机的传动装置、驱动装置采用浮动支撑结构的新方法。采用传统力学方法对浮动支撑装置的销轴进行受力分析,为该类型产品的结构强度理论探讨和优化设计提供了参考。
The characteristics of traveling belt conveyors used in open collieries are introduced,and that the transmission and the drive are supported by floating structure is proposed.The traditional mechanics way is used to analyze the force of the pin shaft of floating support,which offers references for the study of the struc-tural strength and the optimization design of this kind of support.
