对黄色素的性质和应用作了简单介绍,综述了近年来黄色素几种提取工艺的研究进展,着重讨论了黄色素提取工艺的研究热点及存在的问题,探讨了黄色素的发展趋势。
A brief introduction is presented on the property and use of uranidin, the progress in research on several extraction technologies for it in recent years is reviewed, the focuses and problems concerned are emphatically discussed, and its development tendency studied.
