摘要
知识是企业获取核心竞争力的关键因素,由于大量掌握员工个人头脑中的个性化、经验化知识对于提高工作效率和企业经营效益具有关键作用,因此如何促进企业员工的知识共享已成为企业知识管理研究的重心。企业以往的经验是借助先进的技术支持和领导卖力地推广来推动知识共享,但效果甚微。以此在深入分析现有知识管理策略缺陷的基础上,通过明确知识共享的关键要素,完善企业内部知识市场理论,提出知识市场建设策略,以最终提高企业知识共享的实践效果。
Knowledge is the key factor for enterprise to obtain the core competitiveness. The individual and experienced knowl- edge lies in the minds of workers played a key role in proving efficiency and business effectiveness. Therefore, how to promote the knowledge sharing among employees has already become the study focus of enterprise knowledge management. The past experience of enterprise is to use advanced technical support and the leaders' great promotion efforts to promote knowledge sharing, but the effect is minimal. Based on the profound analysis of the deficiencies ofthe current knowledge management strategy, this paper makes clear the key elements of knowledge sharing and perfects the enterprise knowledge market theory. It proposes the construction strategies of knowl- edge market so as to improve the practical effects of enterprise knowledge sharing finally.
