原发性胆囊癌相关基因研究与分子靶向治疗进展

摘要 胆囊癌（gallbladder carcinoma，GBC）是胆道系统常见的恶性肿瘤，在消化道肿瘤中其发病率居第五位。由于胆囊癌早期诊断困难，预后极差，近年各国学者对胆囊癌的分子生物学异常进行了广泛而深入的研究，试图寻找胆囊癌的早期诊断分子标志和潜在的治疗靶点［1，2］。本文就胆囊癌已发现的一些重要分子事件、新近发现的相关基因及几个备受关注的分子治疗靶点进行重点阐述。
