摘要
元认知策略研究已有多年的历史。元认知策略对英语写作的影响研究虽起步较晚,但研究结果众多,结论也不尽相同。本文利用元分析方法,整合众多结论,探究元认知策略培训对中国学生英语写作成绩的影响,以及对元认知意识及整体语言水平的间接影响。统计数据表明元认知策略培训有助于英语写作成绩的提高,并能间接促进元认知意识的发展和学生整体语言水平的提高。
The past decade has seen the advance of metacognitive strategy study in China. As to the study of metacognitive strategy training' s impact on writing, there are numerous and various results. The paper synthesizes the results of metaeognitive strategy training' s impact on writing, attempting to explore the influence of such training on writing and to analyse the indirect impact of the training on meta-awareness and overall language proficiency. After a quantitative and qualitative meta analysis, it is concluded that metacognitive training on writing significantly improves Chinese students' English writing achievement, and also indirectly helps develop their meta-awareness and overall language proficiency.
