大跨径桥梁荷载试验加载方案算法设计 被引量:22

A Loading Test Algorithms Design for Big-span Bridges

摘要 为改善目前大跨桥梁荷载试验方案设计中车辆布置复杂、加载工况繁多等难点与不足,设计荷载试验方案全自动车辆布置算法,利用EXCEL软件及其VBA编程语言二次开发编制相应程序。以设计连续刚构桥荷载试验为例,通过与传统算法对比,说明该算法在满足加载效率、保证所有加载工况安全的前提下,最大限度的合并工况并自动生成试验车辆布置CAD图。结果表明,该算法操作简便、快速准确,具有自动设计车辆位置、准确合并加载工况、随时调整设计方案等诸多优点,适合广大荷载试验工作者推广使用。 To improve the difficulty and shortage in loading test scheme for long-span bridges,this paper put forward one kind of automatic vehicle arrangement arithmetic for loading test scheme.Using EXCEL software and VBA programming language to develop procedure by secondary development.Through the comparison between this arithmetic and the traditional one in design a continuous rigid-frame bridge,it showed that this arithmetic can guarantee the safety of all the vehicle working arrangement and merging working conditions as more as possible based on a suitable loading efficiency,then automatically draws the vehicle arrangement in CAD.Research results show that the algorithm is convenient,rapid,concise,and has a lot of advantages such as design loading positions automatically,merger loading conditions accurately and adjust the design scheme easily,which is suitable for the loading test workers to use and promote.
