摘要
目的探讨心理援助热线电话在危机干预、心理咨询、心理健康促进中的应用。方法对接听的113例次12320心理热线电话原始记录进行统计分析。结果来电者人群趋向高文化层次(72.56%)和中青年人群(86.73%);咨询内容精神疾病占首位为29.20%,其次是性相关问题为22.12%;有关情绪问题、健康咨询亦占较大比例。结论心理援助热线电话是社会转型期创建和谐社会的需要,具有重要的心理健康促进作用。
Objective To explore application of psychological aid hotline telephones in crisis intervention,psychological consulting and mental health improvement.Methods The original record of 113 cases who heard the psychology hot line call（12320） were carried on the statistical analysis.Results The callers inclined to high culture step（72.56%） and middle young people throng（86.73%）.Mental sickness stood the first place in consulting contents（29.20%）,the following were sexual problems（22.12%）,relevant sentiments problem and health took up greater proportion too.Conclusion Psychology aid hotline call is the necessary of establishing harmonious community at the stage of social transformation,and has significant role in improving mental health.
