摘要
基于针轮对摆线轮啮合作用力的计算公式,利用Matlab软件选择不同的修形参数进行修形摆线轮与针轮啮合作用力的计算,得出修形摆线轮在与针轮的啮合过程中,随着径向间隙的增大,啮合齿数减少,最大啮合作用力增大。分别对建立的修形与标准两套摆线轮减速器模型进行动力学仿真分析,通过运动曲线验证了模型的正确性,求解出考虑摩擦因素的动态啮合作用力,并与通过理论公式得出的啮合作用力进行比较,为工程上进行力分析提供依据。
The meshing force between cycloidal gear with different profile modification and pin wheel is calculated based on the formula for meshing force using Matlab. It is concluded that the number of meshing teeth reduce and the maximum meshing force increase while the radial clearance increase. The dynamic analysis of the cycloid reducers including standard cycloid reducer and profile modification cycloid reducer which are made models using UG has been performed. To be compared, the dynamic meshing force with friction is obtained from the dynamic analysis which is verified through the movement curves which take an reference for the analysis of force on engineering.
