摘要
根据国内某大型设备的密封要求,提出特大型柔性金属橡胶骨架加橡胶包敷柔性密封环结构的初步设计方案,通过对密封环进行静力学有限元仿真分析,得出密封环最大变形、应力值及其位置,密封及安装需要的预紧力。结果表明,设计的金属橡胶密封环能够满足某大型设备的应用要求。
According to the seal need of large equipment, the primary design proposal of big size soft seal ring which used the material of metal rubber wrapped up by rubber was proposed. The statics of the seal ring was simulated, the maximum deformation area and maximum stress and strain area, the preload needed for sealing and installation were obtained. The result shows that the designed seal ring can meet the application need of the large equipment.
