摘要
为降低小容量锅炉烟气NOx质量浓度,在75 t/h燃煤锅炉上通过调节燃尽风和二次风的比例,进行了空气分级燃烧试验研究。结果表明,燃尽风的投入能有效降低NOx质量浓度,中二次风比例最小的配风方式对降低NOx质量浓度作用最为显著,在烟温高侧大比例投入燃尽风可大幅度减弱炉膛出口烟温偏差。
In order to reduce NOx mass concentration from low-capacity boilers,experimental tests were carried out on a 75 t/h coal-fired boiler by adjusting the ratio of burn out air to secondary air.Results show that the input of burn out air may effectively reduce the NOx mass concentration,and the air distribution method with minimum proportion of secondary air in the middle layer plays an obvious role in reducing NOx mass concentration.Inputting a large ratio of burn out air at high gas temperature side may greatly reduce the gas temperature deviation at furnace exit.
