摘要
具有创新能力的工程人才是建设创新型国家的人力支撑,高水平的工程教育是建设创新型国家的根本保障。本文在分析"工程师"和"科学家"之间区别的基础上,结合新形势下中国工程教育的发展要求,强调牢固树立大工程观教育理念,深化和加强高等工程教育课程体系和教学改革,并列举了清华大学化学工程系在课程体系和教学改革中的有益探索与实践。
For building the innovation country,the innovative engineering talents are the manpower brace and high-level engineering education is the basic guarantee.In this paper,the difference between engineer and scientist is firstly analyzed.Then under the new situation of the engineering-education development,it is pointed out that the teaching notion of "engineering with a big E" is set up and the reform on curricular system and teaching in higher engineering education is strengthened.Finally some valuable exploration and practice in Chemical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University is given.
