摘要
本文论述了流变学的方法论作用及其学科分支、轻化工程产品与流变学的关系,根据轻化工产品的非牛顿流体特征,阐明了流变学对非牛顿流体产品设计、工艺生产、质量控制和使用性能的指导作用,明确了教学指导思路,提出了构建轻化工程流变学知识结构的必要性和相关知识。
The methodology and branches of Rheology and the relationship between light chemical products and Rheology are discussed in this paper.According to the non-Newtonian characteristics of light chemical products,the guidance of Rheology on design,processing,quality control and application for non-Newtonian light chemical products are illustrated,and the syllabus is also explained in it.The paper mentions the necessity of introducing the related knowledge in the construction of Rheology for Light Chemical Engineering.
