摘要
目的:了解上海市中老年慢性病患者在药品使用过程中对于药品不良反应(ADR)的认知程度,以降低可能出现损害的概率。方法:在上海市几处社区药店、居委会和卫生服务中心进行非随机抽样调查500个对象,并用Excel工作表和SPSS16.0统计软件对回收的问卷进行数据处理及分析。结果:84.7%的被调查者知道药品存在不良反应;服药前基本会阅读药品说明书中"副作用"一项的占81.8%;关注ADR信息的占86.5%。服用药物后感到不适时,75.1%的被调查者会自行停药,64.2%的被调查者会向医师或者药师咨询。结论:上海市中老年慢性病患者对ADR有一定的认知,但是仍可以进一步提高。
The comprehension about adverse drug reactions (ADR) among the middle aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases was investigated, to reduce the probability injured by ADR possibly. METHODS: 500 questionnaires were fulfilled by non-random sampling at several drug stores, residents committee and community health center in Shanghai, and then analyzed statistically by Excel and SPSS 16.0. RESULTS: It was shown that 84.7% of those knew ADR, 81.8% read the details of side effects on drug before used, 86.5% paid attention to the information of ADR, as well as 75.1% stopped taking drug by themselves, and 64.2% consulted doctors or pharmacists once felt uncomfortable after use. CONCLUSION: Generally, the cognition of ADR reached a fairly high level in Shanghai, and can be improved to a better lever.
