摘要
隐性思想政治教育相对于显性思想政治教育具有自身的优势与劣势,笔者用SWOT分析模型剖析隐性思想政治教育自身的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战,加大整合显性与隐性思想政治教育两大资源并形成教育合力,以期达到理想的教育效果。
The recessive ideological and political education has own advantage and dlsaavantage compareu with the dominant ideological and political education. The article attempts to analyze the recessive ideological and political education of its own advantages and disadvantage, and its challenges and opportunities with SWOT analysis model in order to integrate the two big resources of ideological and political education and form the education joint effort, achieves the ideal education effect.
