摘要
以麦芽汁、马铃薯、红薯为原料配制液体培养基,主要筛选了培养康宁木霉(13016)、黑曲霉(2281)、酵母(1254)等微生物的最佳培养基及扩大培养条件,旨在降低柑橘皮渣发酵饲料成本。试验结果表明:在30℃培养56 h,以马铃薯浆为培养基,木霉产孢量最高;以麦芽汁为培养基,黑曲霉产孢量最高;以红薯块为培养基,酵母的产孢量最高。综合考虑柑橘皮渣发酵的菌种优化扩大培养条件为:以马铃薯浆为培养基,培养温度为30℃,培养时间为56 h。并进行柑橘皮渣发酵中试试验,结果表明皮渣发酵饲料的粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量明显提高,水分和糖类物质含量呈下降趋势。
The wort medium as one of most common medium is not suitable for industrialization on a large scale due to high cost.Aiming at reducing cost,this paper takes wort medium,potato,sweet potato as raw materials to screen the optimum culture medium and conditions for viridin,black mold,Candida tropicalis.The results showed that at 30℃ for 56h,the yields of spores produced by viridian reached its peak when using thick liquid potato medium,that by black mold using wort medium,and that by Candida tropicalis using sweet potato piece medium.The optimum culture conditions of multi-microorganisms for producing citrus pomace feed were determined as;thick liquid potato medium,30℃ of culture temperature and 56h of culture time.Furthermore,the pilot experiment for fermenting citrus peel was studied.The results showed that the contents of crude fiber,crude protein and crude fat increased after the fermentation while the contents of water and sugar decreased obviously.
