摘要
本文通过对全国2400余个气象站的多年平均风速资料的分析,对照《中国风能区划》结果,进一步找出它们之间的对应关系,大大提高了各区范围的划分精细程度。按照我国风力机型谱给定的参数分别计算了全国700余点大、中、小、微型四种类型风力机容量系数,并给出了全国各级容量系数分布图。结合风能资源分区及各地近十几年来风力开发实践,分析论证了我国各地区风能开发利用及布局的可能性。
This paper further reveals the relationships between the results of the analysis based on long term mean wind speed data obtained from 2,400 odd weather stations and the results of 'The Division of Wind Energy in China', which greatly improve the p-recision of the Division. In addition, the capacity factors for the four standard types of wind machines: large, middle, small, miniature, sprend at 700 odd stations across the country are computed respectively, according to the parameters given in the standard types of large, middle and small wind machines in China. A map of capacity factors distribution in China is given. The possibility of wind energy utilization and distribution in different areas of the country is analysed and discussed according to the results of wind resources Division and the practice of wind energy exploitation in different areas in the past more than ten years.
