一株WP-1甲烷螺菌的分离及其生理学性状研究 被引量:1

摘要 从处理石灰法造纸废液的上流式厌氧污泥床发酵液中分离出一株WP-1甲烷螺菌。该菌琼脂表面菌落呈深浅相交表面条纹状结构,即具有典型的羽毛状结构,有表面蔓延生长倾向。菌株WP-1的菌落呈浅棕黄色。细胞呈杆状,细长,微弯曲,有形成链状的倾向,不运动。细胞0.6-0.8×4-5.6μm,有短杆2.4μm,长杆菌可达7.2—8μm。革兰氏染色不定,无芽孢。利用H_2+CO_2,甲酸盐产甲烷。不利用醋酸盐。 A strain WP-1 of spiral-shaped methanogenic bacteria has been isolated from fermented fluid obtained from the wastes of papenmill in the methanogenic fermentation of the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB).The strain surface on agar is inter-sected by striate structures light and dark of feather structures. The surface colonies on agar has tendency to spread for growth. Colonies of strain WP-1 are light brown yellow in color. Single cells are slight curved rods, nonmotility, and have tendency to form a chain. Cells are measure as 0.6-0.8×4 -5.6μm of short and long rods of 2.4μm and 7.2 -8μm,respectively, which are gram variability,and nonsporeforming.It is a combination of hydrogen and carbon dioxide, not acetale served as a substrate for methane formation.
