摘要
针对目前轴承滚子人工分选效率低、误差率高以及分选机测量范围尺寸受限的现状,研发了一种新式的圆柱滚子自动分选装置。此设备采用非接触的测量方式,能够有效地减少测量误差。采用双排送料,可以使滚子分选的效率达到120~150个/min,完全能够满足快速、准确的分选目的。并对测量过程中由于滚子圆度、圆柱度以及杂质产生的定位误差进行了分析,并提出避免和减少误差的方案。
Directed at inefficiency and high error rate of bearing roller manual sorting and limited measuring range of sorting machine,a new kind of automatic sorting device is developed for cylindrical roller.The measurement error is reduced effectively by using non-contact measurement,and the efficiency of roller sorting reaches 120~150 emp by using double row feeding device,which meets the demand of rapid and accurate sorting.Besides,an error analysis is made which roundness,cylindrical error,and impurity are generated in measuring procedure,and some advices are given to avoid and decrease them.
