摘要
对制备Nd14.9Fe77.8Al0.3Cu0.2B6.8磁性材料过程中的薄板双面冷却铸锭和圆盘单面冷却铸锭进行了显微结构和物相特征分析,并对其磁体样品进行了微观组织及磁性能研究。结果表明,双面冷却铸锭较单面冷却铸锭具有更均匀的晶粒尺寸和更少的α-Fe相;双面冷却铸锭所制备磁体样品的组织比单面冷却铸锭所制备磁体样品的更加均匀,剩余磁通密度Br高0.02T,内禀矫顽力Hcj大2.5kA/m,最大磁能积(BH)m高2.8kJ/m3。
The two ingots were prepared by sheet double-sided cooling and plate single-sided cooling,respectively in the process of preparing Nd14.9Fe77.8Al0.3Cu0.2B6.8 magnetic material.Their microstructures and phase characteristics were analyzed,and their corresponding magnet samples were investigated on microstructure and magnetic property.The results show that the ingot prepared by sheet double-sided cooling is of more uniform grain size and less α-Fe phase than the ingot prepared by plate single-sided cooling.The magnet sample from the former ingot is of more homogeneous structure with 0.02 T higher residual magnetic flux density(Br),2.5 kA/m higher intrinsic coercivity(Hcj),and 2.8 kJ/m3 higher maximum energy product than the magnet sample from the latter ingot.
