摘要
铜陵一冶渣选矿系统通过西门子Modbus通信模块CP341和8个24路温度巡检仪组成的一条通信网络,将现场温度信号采集到PLC系统,实现对120个炉渣包子的温度监视,并利用温度信号值来控制放水电磁阀的开关,达到对炉渣喷淋冷却处理。
A Simens CP341 telecommunications module and eight 24-input temperature inspection instruments constitute a telecommunications network at a slag concentrator in Tongling.The network collects temperature signal into the PLC system to monitor temperature of 120 slag ladles and control solenoid valve for water via temperature signal value so as to cool the slag.
