摘要
TiO2作为光阳极薄膜材料,广泛应用于染料敏化太阳电池(DSC)中。在TiO2多孔薄膜中掺碳纳米管,不仅可以加快光生电子在TiO2薄膜内的传输,同时也可以增加电子寿命,从而提高染料敏化太阳电池的效率。本文综述了近年来在TiO2中掺碳纳米管的研究成果,简要介绍了碳纳米管在DSC中的作用;归纳了掺杂于TiO2光阳极的碳纳米管的种类和主要的掺杂方式;另外还对碳纳米管在TiO2光阳极中的应用的发展趋势进行了展望。
As the photo-anode material,TiO2 is widely used in dye-sensitized solar cells(DSC).Carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 is available not only for the acceleration of the transmission of the TiO2 photoelectron,but also for the enhancement of the efficiency of DSC.By studying the research results for carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 used in DSC in recent years,a brief description of the effect of carbon nanotube doping on DSC is given.The various types of carbon nanotube and the main preparation methods of TiO2 used in DSC are reviewed.Moreover,the future development of carbon nanotube-doped TiO2 is discussed.
