摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF))测定催化剂涂层中Pd与Rh的含量,研究了测量条件,并对共存条件增强的吸收效应进行了校正。
The contents of Pd and Rh in the catalyst coating are determined by XRF. The determining conditions are re searched, and the absorption effect enchanted by coexisting elements are corrected.
