健康教育路径在学龄期支气管哮喘患儿中的应用探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径对改善支气管哮喘患儿护理质量的效果。方法将66例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,分别采用传统健康教育方式和健康教育路径方式进行健康教育,比较2组患儿及家长对护理的满意度,患儿和家长对哮喘知识的知晓情况。结果观察组患儿及家长对护理的满意度显著高于对照组,观察组患儿及家长对哮喘知识知晓率显著高于对照组,随访六个月,观察组患儿哮喘复发7例,占23.1%;对照组复发17例,占51.51%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论健康教育路径提高了患儿及家长对护理服务的满意度,提高患儿及家长对疾病的认识和自我管理能力,提高了护理人员的健康教育能力。
