摘要
本文对车削加工建立了切削用量优化选择的数学模型,并运用分层复合形法编制了优化程序,为利用计算机快速、可靠地选择使生产率最高或加工成本最低的最优车削用量提供了一个有效的方法。
In this paper. a mathematical model of the turning is establised to ob-tain the optimun turning parameters, and the optimization is programed
accordingto the graded complex method. A effective method is put foward to select quickly and dependably the turning parameters in computer, which
give out the highest productivity or the lowest machining cost.
