β-烯胺酮类化合物的合成与结构鉴定

摘要 目的研究合成烯胺酮类化合物的新路线。方法以含活泼甲基、亚甲基的酮为原料,以甲酸乙酯为羰基化试剂,得到多一个醛羰基的酮,再与二甲胺盐酸盐作用,在室温下反应,合成了9个β-烯胺酮类化合物。结果目标化合物经红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱和单晶衍射确证了结构。结论合成路线起始原料便宜,改进后的工艺操作简单,适合大批量生产。 Objective To establish a new route for the synthesis of β-Enamino ketone. Methods β-Enamino ketones were synthesized at room temperature, using a-methyl ketones as starting materials, via two steps reaction of forrnylation and ketone-amine condensation. Results The structures of title compounds were confirmed by IR,MS,and 1HNMR and XRD analysis. Conclusion The improved procedure has the advantage of low costing of starting material, and the convenient simple route, which is suitable for large scale of production.
