摘要
从冻地银莲花(Anemone Tupestris ssp.Gelida (Max.)Lauener)中分离鉴定了12个化合物.分别为常春藤配基(1).刺楸皂甙A(2),牡丹草皂甙B(3),白头翁皂甙D(4),常春藤皂甙B(5),刺楸皂甙B(6),hederacholichiside E(7),hederacholichiside F(8),槲皮素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(9)槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(10).胡萝卜甙(11)和β-谷甾醇(12).以上化合物在本植物中均为首次报道.
Many species of the genus Anemone are used as folk medicine in China. Recent works showed that it is triterpenoid saponins contained in this genus,which play the important role in the biologic activities such as antimicrobial activity,anti-inflammatory activity, cytotoxic activity and so on. In our research of Anemone rupestris ssp. Gelida (Max. ) Lauener, collected in Songpan county, Sichuan province, 12 compounds were isolated from the methanol extract by repeated Si column chromotogra-phy and reverse phase column chromotography(Rp-8 and Rp-18). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic and necessary chemical evidence as:hederagenin(1) ,kalopanaxsaponin A(2) ,leontoside B (3) ,pulsatillasaponin D(4) ,hederasaponin B(5),kalopanaxsaponin B(6) ,hederacholchiside E(7), hederacholchiside F(8) ,quercetin-7-rhamnoside(9) ,quercetin-3-galactoside-7-rhamnoside (10) . dau-costerol(11)and β-sitosterol(12). All the compounds were first reported in this plant.
