摘要 目的:探讨临床护理路径在骨质疏松症(OP)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将100例OP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育方式,观察、比较两组患者健康教育达标率、护理满意度、平均住院天数及住院费用、治疗依从性等。结果:观察组在健康教育达标率、住院时间及费用、患者满意度、治疗依从性方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用临床护理路径能有效提高OP患者健康教育效果。 Objective:To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the health education of patients with osteoporosis.Methods: 100 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 cases for each group).The patients in the observation group were given health education by following clinical nursing pathway and the patients in the control group received conventional health education.The up-to-standard rate of health education,the degree of patient's satisfaction with nursing service,the mean hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and treatment compliance of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results: The differences in the comparison of the up-to-standard rate of health education,the hospitalization days and expenses,the degree of patient's satisfaction and treatment compliance of the patients were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the effectiveness of health education of patients with osteoporosis.
