摘要
目的:探讨同步家属健康教育对脑卒中患者远期生活质量的影响。方法:将34例脑卒中后遗症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各17例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育,随访1年,采用生存质量指数评定量表(SF-36QOL)对两组患者生活质量进行评定。结果:实验组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对脑卒中患者家属实施同步健康教育可提高家属的照顾水平、配合程度及患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of synchronous family health education on the long-term quality of life of the patients with stroke.Methods:34 stroke patients with sequelae were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(17 cases for each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were additionally given family health education based on routine nursing care.SF-36QOL was used to assess the quality of life of the patients in both groups after follow-up for one year.Results:The overall quality of life was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of synchronous family health education can improve the level of health care from the patient's families and their quality of life as well.
