摘要
研究了不同温度下QPQ处理对高强度紧固件微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:QPQ处理后形成了较厚的渗氮层,处理温度越高,渗氮层越厚。QPQ处理能明显提高显微硬度。经480℃处理的试样的综合力学性能最好。化合物层为脆性断裂,中间层的断裂类型与冷却后的产物﹑比例及分布有关,扩散层为沿晶断裂。
The effects of QPQ treatment at different temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength fastener were studied.The results show that a thick nitrided layer is formed after salt bath nitriding.The higher the temperature,the thicker the nitrided layer.The tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and reduction of the sample processed at 480 ℃ is much more perfect than the other.The compound layer is brittle fracture.The fracture type of the middle layer is related to the cooling product,ratio and distribution.The diffusion layer is intergranular fracture.
