减影CTA结合常规CTA技术在脑动脉成像中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价16层螺旋CT减影CT血管造影(CTA)结合常规CTA在脑动脉成像中的应用价值。资料与方法86例患者行脑动脉血管成像,采用减影技术和未减影技术分别进行图像后处理,后处理方法包括多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VR)和最大容度投影(MIP)。结果 86例中,81例(92%)达到优质显示;5例为一般显示。结论减影CT结合常规CTA可作为脑动脉成像的主要方法。 objective To evaluate the value of the subtration CT angiography and conventional CT angiography in the Panencephalo-arteriography. Materials and Methods Panencepholo-arteriography was performed in 86 cases. Subtraction and conventional technique were evaluated; CT raw data were reconstructed with multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) and volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) to display the vessels. Results OF 86 cases, the image quality were excellent displayed in 81 cases, and well displayed in 5 cases. Conclusion Subtraction CT angiography and conventional CT angiography can be used as the main methods in the panencepholo-arteriography.
