摘要
采用金相分析、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和荧光分析法等检测了油管断口形貌和成分,综合分析讨论了油管断裂的原因。结果表明,失效油管材质符合N80钢的标准化学成分,油管断裂属于疲劳断裂,裂纹源为油管内壁上的点蚀坑。
The fracture reason of an oil pipe was studied by means of metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy disperse spectroseopy(EDS), fluorescence analysis, and so on. The results indicated that the chemical composition of the oil pipe was in accordance with the standard composition of N80 steel. Tubing fracture belongs to the fatigue fracture. Crack origin was pitting holes in the tubing inwall.
