摘要
目的:采用HPLC测定三臣丸胆红素含量。方法:色谱柱C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-乙腈-1%冰乙酸(88∶10∶2);流速1 mL·min-1;测定波长453 nm。结果:胆红素0.0118~0.472μg成线性关系(r=0.999);回收率为100.86%;RSD 1.86%;三臣丸胆红素平均质量分数4.03 mg.g-1。结论:采用本法测定三臣丸胆红素的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于制定该药品的质量控制指标之一。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for bilirubin in mongolia drug sanchen pill.Method:The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm)and mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile1% glacial acetic acid(88∶ 10∶ 2) with a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1 detection wavelenth was at 453 nm.Result:Bilirubin was linar in hte range of 0.0118-0.472 μg(r = 0.999),RSD 1.86%.Conclusion:The method is qiuck simple and reproducible for the determination of bilirubin in mongolia drug sanchen pill.
