摘要
本文从近年来国内外兴起的一种全新的图书馆服务理念Human Library的介绍与阐述出发,分析了其国内外发展现状、趋势以及对我国高校图书馆读者服务创新的启示,提出Human Library服务模式的引入,有利于实现高校图书馆中隐性知识的管理,实现参考咨询服务的创新,创建新型学科服务模式,加强高校图书馆在大学生心理教育方面的作用,为高校图书馆特色读者服务的构建提供了良好的发展契机。
This paper introduces the Human Library which is a new service concept and model in recent years both abroad and home, and analyzes its development status and trend, as well as its inspiration to the university library reader service innovations. It also proposes that the introduction of Human Library service model does good to realize the management of tacit knowledge in university library, realize the innovation of reference service, create new subject service model, and strengthen the role of university library on students' psychological education, which provides better development opportunity for the construction of university library special reader service.
