摘要
用氨水溶液吸收法脱除烟气中被臭氧氧化后的SOx、NOx,分析了吸收反应的产物,得出了化学反应的总方程式,利用热力学原理计算了化学反应达到平衡时SOx、NOx、CO2的分压;对氨水吸收法脱除烟气中被臭氧氧化后的SOx、NOx的吸收机理进行了研究,分析了SOx、NOx在氨水溶液中的吸收特性.结果表明:臭氧氧化结合氨水吸收同时脱硫脱氮是可行的,尤其对SOx、NOx的脱除率几乎达到100%,而且能在一定程度上吸收CO2;SOx和NOx的分压变化对溶液pH值的影响比CO2分压变化要大,说明SOx、NOx的脱除率要大于CO2.
SOx and NOx in fumes oxidized by ozone were absorbed by NH3·H2O.The chemical reaction equations were obtained by analyzing the products of the reactions.And the reaction mechanisms of SOx and NOx absorption were studied.The characteristics of SOx and NOx absorption were analyzed.The partial pressures of SOx,NOx and CO2 were calculated based on thermodynamic principle when reactions achieved equilibrium.The results showed that the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification by NH3·H2O absorption combined with ozone oxidation were feasible.Not only efficiency of SOx and NOx removal almost reached at 100%,but also CO2 was removed to some extent.The variation of SOx and NOx partial pressures was more important to the pH than that of CO2,reflecting that the removal efficiency of SOx and NOx were better than that of CO2.
