日粮硒水平对4~6月龄绒山羊生长性能和组织抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:14

摘要 旨在研究日粮硒水平对4~6月龄绒山羊生长性能和组织抗氧化能力的影响,为确定绒山羊羔羊日粮中适宜的硒供给量提供依据。选用体况良好、体质量接近的4月龄陕北白绒山羊羯羔羊24只,采用单因子随机区组设计分为4组,分别饲喂硒含量为0.11、0.21、0.41、0.61 mg/kg的4种试验日粮,试验期为60 d。结果表明:①日粮硒水平对绒山羊羔羊平均日增量无显著影响(P〉0.05)。②肝脏和肌肉中的硒含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性随日粮硒含量的提高而升高。当日粮硒含量为0.11~0.41 mg/kg时,肝脏和肌肉组织中的硒含量以及GSH-Px活性均随日粮硒含量的升高而显著升高(P〈0.05);当日粮中硒含量为0.41~0.61 mg/kg时,肝脏和肌肉组织中的硒含量以及GSH-Px活性不再随日粮硒水平的增大而继续显著增大(P〉0.05);两种组织中的硒含量和GSH-Px活性之间存在高度正相关。③肝脏和肌肉组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量随着日粮硒含量的提高而降低。当日粮硒含量为0.41~0.61 mg/kg时,肝脏和肌肉中MDA含量均保持较稳定水平。因此,4~6月龄绒山羊日粮中硒含量为0.41 mg/kg时,已经能够满足其维持较高水平生长性能和组织抗氧化能力对硒的需要。 This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary selenium on growth performance and tissues antioxidant ability of 4 to 6 months old Cashmere goats,in order to determine the optimal dietary selenium level for kid Cashmere goats.24 wether and grown-well kid Shaanbei Cashmere goats with similar weight and age(4 months old) were assigned randomly into four treatments and fed respectively with four diets differed in selenium concentration(0.11,0.21,041,and 0.61 mg/kg) for 60 days.The results showed that,(i) The dietary selenium had no influence on the average daily gains(ADG)(P0.05).(ii) In liver and muscle,both glutathione perxoidase(GSH-Px) activity and selenium concentration were increased significantly(P0.05) with dietary selenium level increased from 0.11 to 0.41 mg/kg except 0.41 to 0.61 mg/kg.A positive correlation exists between GSH-Px activity and selenium concentration in two tissues.(iii) When the dietary selenium concentration ranged from 0.11 to 0.61 mg/kg,the malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration in liver and muscle were decreased correspondingly.While no significant difference was observed from 0.41 to 0.61 mg/kg.Based on the results,the optimal dietary selenium level for 4 to 6 months old Cashmere goats is 0.41 mg/kg.
