摘要
采用人工控制土壤水分试验,研究持续干旱胁迫及复水对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性及膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,干旱期间,丹参叶片相对含水量先快速下降后缓慢下降;SOD活性先持续升高并在后期降低;POD在干旱第6天时活性最高,随干旱时间的延长呈现先升高后降低的趋势;CAT活性在胁迫中期高于对照,后期显著低于对照;处理组与对照组MDA含量差值表现出先降低,后呈"M"型的变化过程;可溶性蛋白变化呈"M"型曲线。复水后,所有指标均恢复至正常水平。
Using the artificial control soil moisture experiment,we researched the effect of progressive drying and rewatering on lipid peroxidation and protective enzyme activities in leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.The results show that during the research time,the relative water content declined slowly firstly and then decreased rapidity;SOD activity continued to increase but decrease in the latter;POD in the first 6 days of drought has the highest activity and has the trends of increasing first and decreasing later;CAT did not play a major role.The difference of MDA levels between treatment group and control group decreased first,then,followed "M" type of change process.The change of soluble protein was "M" curve.After rewatering,all indicators returned to the normal levels.
