New town construction and its functional development path

摘要分析了我国新城建设类型及存在的问题,通过对当前新城建设现状几个共性问题的剖析,提出了我国新城建设成长的路径,并以亦庄新城发展历程为例,探讨了新城的产业功能及中心区功能与主城实现共生的路径。 This article firstly analyzes the types of new town construction and problems in the process of construction.By discussing common problems encountered in the process of new town construction,this article proposes the development path of China＇s new town construction.And with the case of Yizhuang New Town,this article explores the harmonious developing path of new town＇s industry function and center function with city main districts.
