摘要
油层的润湿性对孔隙中流体的分布具有重要的影响作用。驱油实验前进行的洗油过程所用的甲苯是亲油的,这必然会改变岩心的润湿性;同时,水对岩心长时间的冲洗也可能影响岩心的润湿性。为了研究这些因素对润湿性的影响水平,采用德国Dataphysics公司生产的视频光学接触角测量仪,结合水洗油实验,研究了洗油过程中岩心润湿性的变化趋势。实验结果表明,洗油过程和驱油过程会影响岩心的润湿性,洗油后岩心接触角变大,但长时间水洗可基本消除这一影响。因此,洗油后需要对岩心水洗一段时间再进行驱油实验,以消除洗油过程对润湿性的影响。
The wettability of oil layers shows an important effect for the fluid distribution in pores. Washing oil before flooding experiment will change the core wettability because toluene, which is hydrophobic, is used in the process of washing oil. At the same time, the long-time flush of water on cores will affect the wettability of cores. The changing rules of wettability during washing oil are studied by using the optical contact angle measuring device produced by Dataphysies Company, Germany through the combination of washing oil experiment in order to study the effect of these fators against wettability. The experiment result indicates that the washing oil and flooding will affect the core wettability, and the contact angle will become larger after washing oil. But long-time flushing can remove this effect. The cores should be flushed for a long time after washing oil before flooding experiment in order to remove the effect of washing oil to wettability.
