摘要
目的:建立新的白术薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:以苍术酮、白术内酯Ⅲ和白术内酯Ⅰ为对照品,分别以石油醚(60~90℃)与乙酸乙酯(10∶0.2)和正己烷-醋酸乙酯(3.5∶1)为展开剂,进行二次展开,10%硫酸乙醇显色后在波长365nm下检识。结果白术药材薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论该方法准确可靠,能够为白术的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish the advanced TLC method of Atractylodes macrocephalae.Methods: Atractylon、Atraetylenolide Ⅲ and Atraetylenolide Ⅰ were used as the reference substance and the mixture of benzene(60~90℃)-ethyl acetate(50∶ 1) and hexane-ethylacetate(3.5∶ 1) as the mobile phase with twice-development,containing 10% sulfuric acid was used for coloration.The fluorescence chromatogram was detected at 365 nm in the ultraviolet lamp house.Results: The spots in the chromatogram of the test solution corresponding to the position to the each reference substance had the same color.Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable,and can be used for the quality control of Atractylodes macrocephalae.
