摘要
以土壤和水系沉积物标准物质为校准样品,采用粉末样品压片制样,建立了偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定土壤中As、Ba、Cu、Co、Cd、Cr、Mo、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sr、Ti、V、Zn、Rb、Sc、Bi、Si、Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、Na、K 24种元素的方法。该方法采用Al、CaF2、Fe、Zn、KBr、Al2O3、CsI、Zr、CeO2、Mo、Ag、Ge 12个不同二次靶对被分析元素进行选择性激发和测定,利用经验系数法和康普顿散射线作内标校正基体效应,优化了元素校准曲线方程。在总测量时间为4300s条件下,除Na、Mg、Al、Ca、Si等元素外,其余各元素的检出限达到0.08—8.92mg/kg。土壤和水系沉积物标准物质准确度实验结果符合定值要求,方法精密度实验结果RSD在0.14%—8.11%之间(n=10),该方法的准确度、精密度、检出限均能满足土壤环境监测的需要。
A method for direct determination of As,Ba,Cu,Co,Cd,Cr,Mo,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sr,Ti,V,Zn,Rb,Sc,Bi,Si,Al,Fe,Ca,Mg,Na,K in soil by polarized energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was developed with certified soil and the stream sediment as standard materials,and the samples were prepared by pressed powder pellet.The effect of matrix was corrected by experience coefficients and Compton scattered radiation with the characteristic line of the polarized targets(secondary targets)as internal standard.The secondary targets Al,CaF2,Fe,Zn,KBr,Al2O3,CsI,Zr,CeO2,Mo,Ag and Ge were used for the excitation and determination of different elements,and optimized the elements standard curve equation.The results were in agreement with certified values with precision of 0.14%—8.11%(n=10),and the detection limits of 0.08—8.92mg/kg for other elements except K,Na,Mg,Al,Ca,Si were obtained in total time of 4300s.The detection accuracy,precision and limits of this method can meet the requirements of multi-element determination in soil.
