摘要
在较低温度范围内,采用醋酸锌和氨水,均相沉淀法合成了哑铃状ZnO纳米晶,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱及荧光光谱对其形貌和光学性质进行了表征,并对其生长机理进行了研究。
The dumbbell-like ZnO nanocrystals were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation in the presence of Zn(Ac)2 and ammonia at a lower temperature range.Morphology and optical properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,UV-Vis and fluorescent spectra.The mechanism of dumbbell-like ZnO nanocrystals for growth was also investigated.
