摘要
通过比较变踏板比制动踏板与传统制动踏板可知,变踏板比制动踏板结构紧凑,易于布置,具有踏板比容易调节的优点,对缩短整车开发周期有利;变踏板比制动踏板具有踏板比随踏板行程变化而变化的特性,踏板感觉好;变踏板比制动踏板使用了机械四连杆机构,利用杆件的合理布置和运动特性,易实现制动踏板的防侵入功能,从而提高车辆安全性。
It is concluded by comparing brake pedal with variable pedal ratio and conventional brake pedal that compared with the later,the brake pedal with variable pedal ratio features compact structure that facilitate layout and easy to adjust pedal ratio,which helps to shorten vehicle development cycle;such brake pedal features pedal ratio which varies depending on change of pedal travel,and has good pedal feel;such pedal has mechanical four-link mechanism which takes advantage of the reasonable layout of link and motion characteristic to achieve the anti-intrusion of brake pedal,therefore improve vehicle safety.
